BonArtique continues its 30 year quest for excellence in Art Publishing and Licensing. It is our M.O. and our passion to keep up with the rapidly changing trends of the international design markets. Our goal in seeking artists is to work together sharing talents, knowledge and motivation to create the best collection in the industry. We take great pride in the artists we represent and work to develop lasting relationships.
We invite you to submit your portfolios for review.
Submission works best via email, but we accept website links as well as good quality reproductions. If you would like submission materials returned please include self addressed pre-paid, suitable packaging.
Once we receive your materials please allow up to one month for our team to review your submission. Unfortunately we cannot reply to every submission, so if you have not heard from us after a month, your work probably is not right for us and is on the way back to you.
Before you submit, please ask yourself:
Is this art right for the decorative wall décor, home furnishings & hospitality markets?
Can it be licensed for ancillary products?
Am I willing to have my artwork critiqued & take art direction?
Do I have a collection of art for review?
Is this art marketable, reproducible & professional?
If you think you meet the criteria, this is how it works:
Congratulations are in order! You will be contacted by our art director & offered the opportunity to join the team.
We will either ask to buy your artwork outright, or we will draft a mutually appealing agreement for the rights to reproduce a portion or all of your work.
If you’re not otherwise engaged we will seek the rights to represent you as your licensing agent.
Sometimes we commission art based on the style and hand represented in your submission. In other cases we may ask that you “tweak” your artwork.
Royalties are paid quarterly according to the agreement.
